YEO PRESS
What is Yeo Press?
Founded in 2016, we are a student printmaking collective located in Oberlin, Ohio. We hope to strengthen Oberlin College student participation within the world of printmaking, both on and off campus.
We work with Oberlin students, faculty, and community members to create custom, 100% handmade merchandise and advertisements (posters, shirts, tote bags, postcards, you name it!), live print at community events, and table our art to fundraise for visits to international printmaking conferences. Most recently, we raised money to attend the Puertograbando Southern Graphics Council International conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in April of 2025.
Our Mission
We love printmaking and are dedicated to broadening the Oberlin community's interest in and access to print media. We are always working to do the following:
* Create an inclusive and supportive network of student artists interested in print media.
* Produce printed matter for local organizations and use the funds to support Yeo Press members in attending printmaking conferences and engaging in the wider print community.
* Produce printed matter to sell and fundraise towards print media related conference attendance, print exchanges, exhibitions, field trips, and guest artists.
* Organize open call exhibitions showcasing work related to print media.
* Host print-related educational events for students and community members.
